By integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques with engaging physical exercises, each session can help to empower a young person to be more comfortable in their own skin, manage stress, and enhance their overall mental well-being.

The empowerment begins with personalized programs that start with understanding and exploring each young person’s personal interests and strengths, then procuring a program that is both valuable and exciting.

Steps to Putting Together a Winning Program

  • Familiarize yourselves with the TDD website
  • Note down questions to bring to in-person meet & greet
  • Reach out to TDD via the Contact Page or [email protected] with questions
  • Schedule a 30 minute in-person/remote meet & greet
  • Brief introductions from everyone
  • Overview of the company and its mission
  • What to expect during a session and the numerous options
  • Opportunity for everyone to ask questions
  • Take home and digest all of the new information
  • Reach out via email for any lingering questions
  • Schedule a date and time for the first session
  • Session #1
  • The family debriefs together after the first session and discuss how it went
  • Post-Session 1: Reach out via email to discuss any highlights and or questions
  • Schedule another one-off session
  • Discuss scheduling a package of sessions and start to look at dates/availability
  • Finalize date and time for next session
